What the notes do not cover yet:
- Tutorial 7–12: solutions not released, so those questions are not in the chapters yet. Tutorial 11 (file systems) is in Lecture 9 with unofficial answers. Tutorial 12 (I/O and disk) is not in Lecture 10.
- Past-year paper questions: the chapters use AY15/16 S2 to AY19/20 S1. AY15/16 S1 (no text solutions) and AY20/21 S2 (no solutions) are not used.
